"This was a very nice motel; we really enjoyed our stay here. The property is in excellent condition and clean, the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good, only complaint was the dining area is too small for the number of guests, generally had to wait around for seating."

"We rented a poolside room which ended up being on the second floor and across the hall from windows you could see the pool on the first floor through. Slightly deceiving description but we had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly! We will stay again."

"One of our very favorite places to stay. The grounds and the inn are beautiful. We make it a habit to visit as often as we can."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, staff were helpful, charming historical Inn"

"Hot food needs to be refilled more quickly."

"Hotel Perry was a great place to stay! Located on the fringe of Downtown Petoskey, it is within walking distance to restaurants, arts and theatre and shopping! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean, spacious and filled with character. It was not cheap, but then again, we weren't looking for 'cheap' -- we were looking for a quality experience and convenience...and we got it! Thank you, Hotel Perry! Look forward to staying with you...

"We had a family suite, room was nice but carpet not vacuumed well! This hotel used old linens for bathroom, small towels and not fluffy and white! Shower head is dirty and doesn’t really have good water pressure! Beds were comfortable and balconies are nice facing the water! Housekeeping didn’t clean our room but we stayed 2 nights! Pool water was dirty so we didn’t swim. Staff are friendly and nice breakfast included in our stay!"

"The staff were friendly. The extra toiletries left in the bathroom were appreciated. But the shower had two black holes into the wall about quarter sized that were covered by clear plastic. The grout in the bathroom on the floor was receding and looked dirty. The Kleenex boxes were empty. The sink had a slow drain."

"Great views"
