Staff were lovely. All inclusive was great. Had a great stay. A few small areas need improvement: air con wouldn’t cool, heated towel racks don’t work, grounds overgrown - need gardener to mow lawn areas, no lighting after dark when leaving restaurant. Had to use mg torch on my phone to find my way back to my room.

Our car broke down so we had to make last minute reservation at this hotel. At arrival Dina and Alex made us feel very welcome and made a bad day good again. We made a lot of jokes and then we walked to our room. Besid the stained curtains first impression was okay. I showered first but when my friend wanted to shower there was no hot water, witch was very unpleasant after a day like this. We went to the bar for a drink and a grumpy men served us our drinks but when I tried to order a second he first helped another guy who was cutting the line and after that we kinda held me, I say kinda m because he only wanted to sell me a bottle of wine, not a glass because the bar was closed. The guy from the reception tried to talk to him but he wouldn’t serve us so we went to our room for a good night sleep The bed was soft, but okay. The included breakfast was good and checking out went smoothly with Alex and Dine, tho two made our stay so much better, thank you guys, you deserve a raise :)

Hier fühlt man sich nicht als Kunde, sondern als eine Nummer. Das Hotel ist im generellen modern und schön eingerichtet, das einzig Positive! Nun leider ist das Bett ganze Zeit auseinander gerutscht, sodass ein riesen Spalt zwischen den Matratzen war. Das Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt… überall lag Staub und hangen Spinnweben herum. Vom Badezimmer war ich am meisten geschockt, die Abflussrinne war komplett voll kit langen schwarzen Haaren der „Vorbesucher“. Am ersten Tag hat die Reinigungsdame um 8!! uhr 3x an die Tür geklopft obwohl „don‘t disturb“ an der Tür hing. Die weiteren Tage hat niemand mehr die Handtücher gewechselt und auch nicht den Mülleimer entleert, obwohl wir beim Verlassen des Zimmers immer „please make up my room“ auf die Tür hingen und auch immer die Handtücher auf den Boden geworden haben. Das schlimmste war das Frühstück! Es war immer gestopft voll! Für die Anzahl der Zimmer ist das Buffet und die Räumlichkeiten des Speisesaals wesentlich zu klein!! Angestellt im Speisesaal war sehr unfreundlich und haben ewig benötigt um leere Speisen wieder aufzufüllen. Um Punkt 10 Uhr wurde alles im Eiltempo weggeräumt und die Gäste schroff um Verlassen des Saals genötigt! Draußen die Anlage ist NICHT Behindertengerecht und am Abend stockfinster! Es gibt zwar Straßenlaternen, aber diese waren nie eingeschalten. Ich würde wirklich jedem empfehlen ein paar Euros draufzulegen und in ein anderes Hotel zu gehen. Ich werde sicher nicht mehr kommen

Inte prisvärt!

Missade städning alla dagar vi var där en vecka. Fick gå till receptionen och säga till om byte handdukar och mer toapapper men blev fel ändå. Uppger att det finns gym men är externt och kostar 10 euro per gång. Dålig fruckost i skolmatsalsmiljö. Brist på parkering och nonchalanta personer i receptionen.

Ich musste die Zimmer wechseln, da die erste voll Ameisen war. Bei der zweite gab es keinen Ameisen aber auch nicht unbedingt sauber. Das Personal war nett, das Pool ist schön und sauber, und zum Frühstück gibt es genug zu essen.
