"The hotel is well maintained and the location is great. But it’s the staff that made our stay memorable! From the moment we checked in no request was too big or too small. The staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend."

"Stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past due to the location and the value for money. Turned up yesterday and you now have to pay £10 per bag if you want to use luggage drop off. I paid extra for an upgraded room which was smaller than a cupboard, dated, and the air conditioning unit was so loud we couldn’t have it on overnight (on the hottest weekend of the year so far). Also no tea and coffee in the room any more….what the hell is that all about? Will never stay here again"
