Hotel bom, dentro da espectatica. Mas tive problemas com o aquecimento da água. O chuveiro demorava muito para esquentar. Em conversa com o pessoal da recepção do hotel, os mesmos relataram que era problema da caldeira, a mesma será substiuida. No restante tudo ok.

É um ótimo hotel para quem está a negócios. Preço é justo e hotel com a manutenção em dia. O meu problema foi com relação ao chuveiro que estava sem água fria. Roupas de cama limpas e quarto silencioso. Café da manhã muito bom.

Apesar de ter feito uma reserva explicitamente para um casal, o quarto foi preparado considerando apenas uma pessoa (travesseiro, toalha, tudo para uma pessoa somente). O frigobar encontrava-se desligado quando entramos e a porta que protege a parte superior ausente, o que getou a quebra de uma garrafa. Solicitamos limpeza, que foi mal feita e a partir de então em todas as interações com a recepção notávamos má vontade e hostilidade. Além de tudo, a TV não possuia sequer uma antena digital, o que é surpreendente em 2025. Limpeza abaixo da média e fraco isolamento de ruídos. Decepcionante para dizer o mínimo.
