A água do hotel tem cheiro horrível, provavelmente por ser de poço. Sugiro também colocar sabonete que faça espuma. Me hospedo neste hotel já faz alguns anos, e gosto muito, apenas esses dois fatores que desabonam.

Hotel bem novinho e muito bonito. Ótimo atendimento e café da manhã. Quarto bem confortável. A limpeza poderia melhorar, mas nada que tenha comprometido a hospedagem. Poderia melhorar a acústica do corredor, pois os barulhos mais altos invadem o quarto. No mais, tudo muito bom. Ficaria hospedado novamente.

Excelente hotel

O hotel é excelente, com muito conforto nos quartos, limpeza impecável, com uma maravilhoso café da manhã. O restaurante poderia oferecer uma maior variedade de pratos, mas os que existem no cardápio são deliciosos e muito bem preparados. O atendimento é excelente também e a disponibilidade de uma academia para os hóspedes é muito providencial. Ano que vem volto para a maratona de Criciúma e certamente ficarei nesse hotel.

Descaso, beirando ao absurdo.

As paredes entre os quartos não isolam barulho, passei o noite ouvindo roncos e barulhos estranhos do quarto ao lado, fiquei sem banho, e escovei os dentes com água mineral, por que a água da torneira e do chuveiro era esgoto, amarela, horrível. Os atendentes nem bola deram ou tentaram resolver a situação, ainda queriam cobrar a garrafa de água mineral que usei para lavar o rosto e escovar os dentes.
