"Basically had to argue and keep calling for a week back to the front desk clerk to get a 1 o'clock early check in for prep for a formal wedding we were going to. Finally said I could get an early check in at 11:30am that morning but then they charged me a big early check in fee even though they weren't busy and I am a BW rewards member. Room was ok but noisy, drive going up to motel is rutted and pot holed clerk wasn't very hospitable."

"Loved everything about this property! Room and whole property were extremely clean which is most important to me! I highly recommend the room with a balcony- it’s a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Look forward to visiting again!"

"We enjoyed our stay,"

"The Inn is a beautiful piece if history."

"We spent 3 lovely nights with John and Debbie while in Waynesville to attend a wedding. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. When we departed early this morning Debbie packed us a breakfast snack to enjoy on the way back to the airport. We would recommend Love Lane to anyone who wants to explore the mountains of western North Carolina and stay in a beautiful house with a wonderful couple. Pete and Jeanne from MA"

"Clean with friendly accomodating staff."

"The rooms are very dated nowhere to hang a wet towel when units for AC were very loud A family with children above us were noisy every evening late and early morning No complementary coffee in lobby Attached a restaurant bar was mediocre It was a convenience but less than average bar food , and I thought they were a little understaffed long wait time for service"

"The room was not clean ( window was dirty in and around it , not clean outside on property, outdoor furniture dirty, and person mowing grass was mowing so that it covered anything outside ). There were cobwebs in the corners of the room , also a few bugs found in room. The door had a gap in the frame when shut which allowed light through it at night in turn lighting the room up at night. Would not recommend staying in room 109. Inn needs a very overall cleaning. The staff was very friendly and...
