Blood or boogers on the mattress cover found during bedbug check. Whole property kind of dirty. Staff were rude. Someone left their dog barking for hours starting early in the morning.

The property is heavily used and starting to show its age. But we had a wonderful time; the room was clean and the space relatively quiet... The hot tub was wonderful at 7:30 in the morning!

Run down vending broken. No snacks in vending. With 24 hr why not have snacks available at the front desk for purchase. Carpets discussing couch was worn out. Place needs attention. Staff absolutely top notch!!! Very helpful and accommodating

We noticed a few large yellow stains on our duvet/comforter. Our phone didn’t work so we went down to the front desk to request housekeeping to change our bedding. The front desk agent said housekeeping service would be an extra charge. We let her know about the stains and would really just like someone to change the beddings because it was dirty. She said she would definitely send someone to do that for us and it would not be a charge. We also requested tissues and for housekeeping to remove the stained bedding. We mentioned our phone being broken as well and she said she would let them know. We left the hotel for 5 hours and when we came back, all of our stained bedding was untouched and a set of clean sheets were on the desk. They did not even deliver the new comforter which was the most important part. We also did not get new towels or tissue replenishment. The phone was not fixed so we went back down to the front desk to let them know that no one made the bed and they didn’t bring a replacement for the stained comforter. We asked if we could just get a new duvet because we were tired and would just make the bed ourselves. Housekeeping brought a thin blanket and we just ended up making the bed and going to sleep. It’s unacceptable that a simple housekeeping refresh is an extra fee and no one told us and that they couldn't even get someone to just change our bedding and make the bed because of some yellow stains that were already on their duvet.

This is my new first choice in Crested Butte lodging. Instead of just charging us additional parking for our second vehicle, they straight up told us that the next door lot was a free parking lot! Unlike the previous nights stay at a neighboring hotel that charged us $30 per vehicle! Grand Lodge Crested Butte for the WIN!!

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and four days. It is in a relatively quiet and calm area. My room faced mountains and so it was beautiful to look at them in early mornings. There was construction going on in a walk distance from the hotel. I did not hear the noise from my hotel room, but I was not sure about other rooms. The quality of water was acceptable and good enough for the first two nights. However, it went yellow the third night - next morning. This negative change worried me. My family had already used the water before we realized that it was changing to yellow and containing dirt. I put water into a glass and when I was checking out, I asked a staff at the front desk to come to the room to investigate the water problem. I do not know if the hotel has already addressed this water problem or not.
