The place was so noisy that you couldn't even sleep. The windows to the ocean in the restaurant and the ocean front room were so dirty you could hardly see out of them. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and wouldnt even let me speak to a manager

The location was excellent. Restaurant was understaffed and over priced. No one was at the front desk we had to wait a bit until someone noticed us. Staff was very nice though. Room was clean. Did not like the kids running up and down the hall or the smell of pot.

Poor Hospitality upon check in. Outside parking lot was a mess with rocks and gravel in certain parking areas. Trash that was on the ground and never picked the three days we were there. A large empty box full of smaller boxes left out in the hallway upon our check in. We left for dinner and when we came back it was still there. We moved the box to prevent a tripping hazard. It was still in the area where we left it the next morning. Poor service all the way around. We had to connect the TV, cable and refrigerator for everything to work. Very disappointed and will never return or recommend to anyone.

We chose this property for the ocean views & access, as well as the pool & hot tub. The pool & facilities were horrifically filthy. The breakfast was as tasteless as if it were served in an assisted living cafeteria. The room was clean and staff were exceptionally nice, the only reason I give 3 stars. We're local to the coast & travel often...we'll be staying elsewhere in the future.

The location was awesome. Obvious that it must be expensive to up keep and the bare minnimum is spent. Air quality in the room, ground floor was not good. I just feel like it could he upkept better

Cleanliness could be improved. The hotel is dated but has good potential. Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke and the host moved us into another one. It didn’t smell of cigarette but strong cleaning chemicals. Beds were uncomfortable with ‘bumps’ and varying levels of softness and firmness. The location is oceanfront. Restaurants and stores are short drive away.

The “clean” towels in our room upon arrival were stained and the floors were dirty. The blow dryer did not work in the bathroom, one light by the bed did not work and the other light had a cord hanging down and did not look safe to use. There were also no extra blankets in our room and the door for the patio did not open properly. The pool was cold. There was long hair everywhere in the pool & hot tub. It kept getting caught in our fingers while trying to enjoy the hot tub. The staff was very kind and friendly and helpful and the views were beautiful. Overall the price for the quality was not worth it.
