"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. The hospitality was second to none, the hosts were always willing to help with amenities and general info on where to dine and places to visit both locally and further afield. "Great location and kitchen access was a plus for breakfast options. For the solo budget traveler without a car, there is no luggage storage, so be prepared to time your check in for the exact time with a key code access. if the company gave access to the lounge area only, this would be a plus."

"The room was tiny so it was a bit difficult to have two suitcases in it. Maybe shelves instead of the closet would be more workable for couples. The bathroom was the smallest but most functional I've ever had. Alan was really helpful with the map to find the best places about and tide table for visiting St Michaels Mount. Would definitely recommend it. "
