"Room was clean & large. However the reliance on technology to check into hotel was disturbing to older adults. We were afraid we'd be sleeping in the lobby as we tried again and again to get code for our room. No staffing at front desk when we checked in at 5 even though posted hours were until 8. Music in lobby terrible. Refregerator not working properly."

"The person at check in was excellent. Very patient and provided great instruction on how-to get to room and where to park.
The person at desk the next day (Cory/Cori) was condescending when we asked for directions to the breakfast location on-site. Cory/Cori rattled off the directions as if we were familiar withe the property. When asked to explain clearly with our map, Cory/Cori pointed to the paper and said, " this is an elevator" and proceeded with instructions. Cory's tone was curt and condescending. We will not stay at this property again or recommend it. Also for a smoke free property, our room smelled like cigarettes."

"We had a wonderful stay. We were there for two nights. Extremely clean, quiet, and close to shops and restaurants.
Every room has a balcony that overlooks the river. It was very peaceful.
They have a hot tub on site which you have to make a reservations for. But I actually enjoyed that because you don’t share a hot tub with strangers. Would definitely stay here again."
