The hotel and room were fantastic! What a great location, close to the center and to the gondola. Staff were so friendly, two restaurants right on location with a wonderful breakfast. Good facilities, fantastic spa with amazing pools. Service was great, kitchen sometimes slow at lunch time. A well deserved 5 star hotel with so much to do. Breakfast is simply incredible, to me the best I ever had in a while
