Séjour de 2 nuits avec nos 2 ados. Accueil parfait, nous avons même été surclassés avec des chambres plus spacieuses. Le staff est charmant, toujours prêt à conseiller (activités, randos, etc) Accès au spa très apprécié, amplitude horaire intéressante.

Vi havde booket et familie værelse med udsigt til bjergene. Og havde betalt ekstra for bjerg udsigt. Lad være med det! Vi havde udsigt til parkeringplasen, og kunne skimte lidt bjerg over bygningen på modsatte side. Familie værelserne er små. Tænker det er er alm dobbeltværelse, med en sofaseng. Meget lille sofaseng. Og sengene er stenhårde, og der er koldt på værelset. Hotellet er okay, men vi ville ikke komme tilbage.

Tolles Hotel mit schönem Zimmer und klasse Aussicht auf die Alpen. Leider war es im Zimmer recht laut, da sich die Abwasserrohre direkt hinter der Wand befanden. Und man muss zusätzliche Parkgebühren zahlen, auch wenn man nicht in der Tiefgarage parkt.

We travelled as a group of four, 2 adults and 2 children (3 and 6 years old). We selected a family room with a mountain view. The room was nice and clean, but it was not in the main building of the hotel. This was not convenient for us because every time we wanted to go to the swimming pool or the restaurant, we had to fully dress. As you can imagine, doing everything with 2 small children is quite time-consuming and really not ideal. The room was connected to another one through a door that was initially open, and we promptly asked to have it closed. Unfortunately, the door did not insulate well from the noise, and we could hear everything from the other room. Again, knowing that we had 2 small children and having reserved 5 months in advance, the hotel should have taken these aspects into account. The last aspect we didn't like was the price of the parking. For a 4-star hotel (with the price of a 4-star hotel in Switzerland), we think the parking could be offered to the guests without charging 18 CHF per night.

Be aware they will kick out your kids from the pool At 6.30pm without any notice! Food on the buffet was very limited and every morning the same! Rooms were ok! Long walk with skis up and down, although said ski in ski out, not true! You have to walk 1/4 mile to the lift! Woman at spa was very rude and came to scream on my 3 kids to get out of pool and 6.30’pm although pool was working till 8pm! When I booked the property no where was saying that! They have rules and we respect that but should be posted so we don’t get humiliated and kicked out from spa pool ares like criminals! I spoke with the manager and he said probably like to give quite time to couples and retired people to enjoy quiet time! He also said will give me some credit but never did! Thats not family friendly property just to let you know, its most like retirement facility! Also no heat so had to request space heaters!

Schöne Aussicht

Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Alpenpanorama. Restaurant mit Kantinenniveau. Grosse Wellness Area. Leider werden im Dampfraum und Sauna keine Hygiene Anforderungen angewendet. Alle sitzen im Badekleid im eigenen Schweiss auf den Sitzen. Der nächste setzt sich dann ebenfalls auf die verschwitzten Sitze.

Des prestations décevantes et 140€ facturés en +

J'ai séjourné 3 nuits. Les + : l'emplacement au pied du télécabine - Le nouveau Spa au top - La déco du lobby et de a chambre, très cosy Les - et irritants qui motivent mes notes: 1. La chambre: TV inopérante pendant les 3 jours - Prise USB tête de lit inopérante - Douche complètement bouchée par le calcaire - Douche glacée aux heures de pointe ( problème de chaufferie selon de directeur) - Des bouteilles d'eau sont proposées en chambre, dans les faits elles sont remplies de l'eau du robinet de la salle de bain... 2. Le petit déjeuner: pas digne d'un 4*! 3. Les couloirs: sans âme 4. Et enfin: au moment du check-out je reçois une facture 140€ moins chère que ce qui m'a été facturé. Hotels.com me répond que l'hotel c'est donc trompé dans les tarifs que l'hotel leur a communiqué au moment de la réservation. Quand à l'établissement, il me répond que celà correspond aux frais de hotels.com, soit presque 47€ / nuit (ce dont je n'aurais jamais dû être informé...) J'ai eu un long échange avec le directeur de l'hotel très sympathique, mais impuissant devant tous les problèmes auxquels ils avait à faire face en cette période de Noel (chauffage, TV, ménage etc.) Malgré son engagement, je n'ai jamais reçu de proposition de solution commerciale de sa part pour ces 140€ facturés. Tous ces points me laissent un souvenir très mitigé et indigne d'un hotel 4*, qui plus est d'une chaine hotelière renommée. Dommage car l'hôtel a de nombreux atouts
