Wonderful stay! And super close to the ski lift which was so convenient to go skiing! Staff was absolutely wonderful, breakfast was excellent. We would definitely go back!
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Everything was clean. What we enjoyed the most was the inner pool and spa.
Everyone was very nice and helpful.
The Spa/pool area is really nice! Especially after a day of skiing! Although note that it closes at 7PM and not 8PM as it’s indicated.
Definitely would recommend.
Excellent staff who went over and beyond in helping us. Special mention for Ryan and Frederick who resolved an issue we had without any discussion. Thank you
Overall nice experience but the spa was disappointing and seemed very old and out of touch, like an old small public swimming pool. Would be nice to for example have a nice warm relaxing and quiet room and nicer changing area and hot pool was closed.
Breakfast was very basic but ok.
A suggestion: as its seems like a new hotel, the sitting areas (including the brasserie) could be have nicer lighting like candles on the tables instead of sterile lighting it currently has.
But overall was fine.
We travelled as a group of four, 2 adults and 2 children (3 and 6 years old). We selected a family room with a mountain view. The room was nice and clean, but it was not in the main building of the hotel. This was not convenient for us because every time we wanted to go to the swimming pool or the restaurant, we had to fully dress. As you can imagine, doing everything with 2 small children is quite time-consuming and really not ideal.
The room was connected to another one through a door that was initially open, and we promptly asked to have it closed. Unfortunately, the door did not insulate well from the noise, and we could hear everything from the other room. Again, knowing that we had 2 small children and having reserved 5 months in advance, the hotel should have taken these aspects into account. The last aspect we didn't like was the price of the parking. For a 4-star hotel (with the price of a 4-star hotel in Switzerland), we think the parking could be offered to the guests without charging 18 CHF per night.
Lovely finish and fit out with hansgrohe bathroom fixtures, nice touches like cotton blankets in rooms for extra layers.
Bed linen good, but sadly no feather pillow options, and the synthetic ones were cheap and hot (and not very comfortable).
Decent breakfast and nicely fitted out bar lounge area too.
Super convenient for the Montana (G) piste lift. Also a ‘hidden’ escalator to get down / up from town level which didn’t discover until third night - reception could’ve mentioned earlier as a handy check in tip!
Old outdated property! Food is bad, pool dirty! Management doesn’t care! We had 2 rooms and both were no good! Pool is restricted for children!

Looks like it should have been demolished 50 years ago.
It’s advertised as 4 stars. It far away from even 1 star

Be aware they will kick out your kids from the pool
At 6.30pm without any notice!
Food on the buffet was very limited and every morning the same! Rooms were ok!
Long walk with skis up and down, although said ski in ski out, not true! You have to walk 1/4 mile to the lift!
Woman at spa was very rude and came to scream on my 3 kids to get out of pool and 6.30’pm although pool was working till 8pm!
When I booked the property no where was saying that! They have rules and we respect that but should be posted so we don’t get humiliated and kicked out from spa pool ares like criminals!
I spoke with the manager and he said probably like to give quite time to couples and retired people to enjoy quiet time! He also said will give me some credit but never did!
Thats not family friendly property just to let you know, its most like retirement facility!
Also no heat so had to request space heaters!
Cet hôtel est idéalement situé en bas du télécabine et a 5mn a pied du centre ville de Montana. La piscine est top, le personnel agréable et disponible. C'est un trzbon établissement.
