"First room had toilet problem which could not be fixed by staff, needed to call plumber; they were able to move us to another room which was clean and AC ran very well. When first arrived staff was attentive to our issue with toilet, but were not available when had question regarding programs we were able to watch on TV. "

"when we got there it was around 7:30 so it was past 8 o’clock so around 9:30 went to take a shower and the hot water heater was not working but by the time we got around to taking showers we couldn’t call the office about it because the office was closed until 8am the next day and even though it got fixed the shower head was messed up and wouldn’t let the full pressure of the water come out then the tv only had 10 channels because it was on cable and it said there was a pool and hot tub well there was a nasty pool and no hot tub I didn’t get ot taken pictures"

"The 2 course breakfast was great. I had a breath taking view of the lake from different points in the house which was exactly what I wanted. The host was also great and very welcoming. The room I had was creatively curated down to the sinks and rugs. It was a great experience. I will coming back for sure. I rate this 10/10. "

"My stay at the couples cabin was the most relaxing time. I loved the big porch outside and seating placed there. Everything I needed was there. The bed was so comfortable. Mr Gonzales made sure through his communication that I knew things and if I needed anything! "
