"I didn’t even mind that it was dirty and rundown. I just needed to sleep as I drove to AZ. I did mind when I was a little late checking out that they sent two MALE staff into my room while I was packing up my two cats and myself. Mind you I was tired and had drive 7+ hrs, I felt like I was being treated poorly by staff and never in my life have I had the hotel send staff to my room 30 mins past Check out !! Not women friendly "

"Tried to get coffee at 7:15 am None available, had to go to Starbucks No amenities, couldn't find the fitness center and the staff seemed put out if you bothered them with any Questions Hilton should have been my choice "

"I enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Check-in was easy, the room was good , the bed was comfortable. When I travel, I don't use the amenities, like the pool, exercise room, etc. I thought the room rate was reasonable the night I stayed. I also didn't eat there in the morning."

"Elevator was broken. Stayed here 2 weeks prior. Elevator was acting up and was extremely slow. "
