Lovely hotel, check in process was rather slow. I had a two queen bed, the beds were incredibly soft and not very comfortable. However the restaurant and lounge were great!

Breakfast menu was small and was a little pricey, but that’s to be expected at a resort. The jets in both hot tubs were not working very well, but at least the hot tub was hot unlike other places I’ve stayed and it was luke warm. The steam room was out of service. The heated pool was great.

Sweet resort with beautiful views but prepare to have to go into town / eat in your room and not eat at the hotel with your young children. I have a 2 year old and didn't realize there wasn't a kid friendly restaurant there.. one is in the casino and the lounge has entrees for $40 each and very limited options. Otherwise the room was nice and clean!

Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee tastes great, did not have the chance to try the ski slopes but the outdoor hot tub was an amazing experience. ALL staff were amazing, friendly especially front desk agent Eric, very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. Will definitely come back to stay every year, if not more. We have stayed here a few times now and I’m only writing this review to help the hotel improve. The food and the staff were great, however, the rooms need some attention pretty badly. The bathroom vent was filthy, the toilet seat was melted and the handle was broken. There is quite a bit of noticeable wear and tear. Hopefully this will help them improve in the near future or we will likely not come back.
