"We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Tuna! The property and rooms were beautiful and tranquil, immaculate, and perfect for our five days in Coyoacan. Everywhere we wanted to go was within minutes and there were plenty of great coffee shops and cute places to shop on our street.
Aurelio was an absolute gem and helped us navigate anywhere we wanted to go as well. It was so convenient to have breakfast on-site to start our days, too."

"An absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the facilities were impeccable, and the room was absolutely beautiful, with its own unique charm and character. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The location was also perfect, making everything so convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a truly special experience. We would definitely love to come...

The breakfast was delicious and felt homey and relaxing- a table was set for your party every morning! I would recommend this cozy, comfortable, safe home away from home to anyone wanting to enjoy Mexico City. We loved it!"

"The staff was so attentive and helpful and because there was construction going on they even offered free spa services. The only negative was the presence of small bugs by the sink that seemed to be attracted to water. The location is great but considering everything a bit pricey."

"The property is lovely as are the staff. Very kind and helpful.
Housekeeping was disappointing. A wonderful wine cooler, but no cork screw opener. Dirty wine glasses sat in the room for days before they were removed and never replaced with clean glasses.
The email provided serves one purpose - the initial contact with management. After that, there is NO communication, which was extraordinarily frustrating. We finally learned to communicate via Whatsapp and had helpful staff. This needs to...

"No pudimos descansar nada, el ruido de la bomba del agua es terrible y en la habitación que nos tocó estaba prácticamente a lado. La habitación no era fea, pero se sentía descuidada y un poco sucia. La ubicación es muy buena, pero hay otras opciones con mejor relación calidad-precio no muy lejos. Es un buen concepto, pero no regresaríamos hasta que mejoren."
