"We were thankful for next day availability. Breakfast included was a nice perk. The hot tub was broken, the jets didn’t work. The door to our room where you swipe the key card was covered in electrical tape. This didn’t make me feel safe but the front desk assured me that my safety wasn’t at risk. Suggestions: a door in the underground parking garage to exit onto the street and enter. Lounge chairs to lay down and tan on the roof."

"We had a good stay at Lord Nelson. The hotel is beautiful and the room was clean. Hotel restaurant and bar had great food and drinks! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The standard queen bed rooms are quite small and felt crowded with 2 people and 2 suitcases, but it wasn’t too bad for a few nights. Our only real issue was the noise. We could hear guests in other rooms talking at a low volume, in the hallways, and cleaning staff. I understand that happens at hotels, but this one was particularly noisy. Otherwise, great stay!"
