"The hotel property is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. The room had some cute little cheeky decor that made it unique and I loved that. The two pools are fantastic amenities. The pool near Toasted Coconut is a little louder than the other, as to be expected with the bar right there and that provides a different vibe so you can kind of take your pick. The other pool is a little calmer which was nice, too. There’s a ton of yard games if you need a break from the pool. The free shuttle to Old Town is also such a nice feature - especially since I was traveling solo, it was a safe, comfortable option for me to go and grab dinner. It put my mind at ease. I definitely want to come back with my family. I know they will love it, too!! The one thing I didn’t love is you can definitely tell when the day-passers show up. Things got louder and a little messier, for lack of a better term. But at least that wasn’t until the late afternoon."

"Hot tub never got hot. The pool maintenance person asked us to get our of the hot tub to clean it and then he left the premises. The staff mostly have accents and for old folks like us it was hard to communicate. They were tight with the bottled water also.Location wise it is nice to walk old town. Breakfast bar was ok. The Starbucks coffee machine was slow and saw a lot of action."

"The hotel is beautiful, but honestly I expected a bit more. I would definitely recommend booking a partial or direct ocean view room, it makes a huge difference to the experience."
