"This is a great place to stay when in St. John! A shuttle was waiting to take us to the property when we got off the ferry. Our rental car was also waiting for us at Gallows. We loved being able to walk to town for dinner. The convenience store on site had all of the basics and everything we needed! Great views from the property. Pool was nice. I would give five stars except our shower wasn't working and it took two days to fix it."

"Our room was never cleaned the entire week. We had no water in our room most of the week. We couldn’t shower or flush the toilet. They offered all of us in one building to use a shower in an open room, without cleaning between guests. Both pools were green and the hot tub was black. Definitely filing for a complete refund as we were unable to contact Expedia for assistance. "
