Luna Chalet are rustic chalets, and I must admit that the unit given to us was very comfortable with great views. Nice bedding, good towels, all dishes and soap needed. The only negative is that they supply the nespresso type machines but with no pods. It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. A lot of channels on the television also. I strongly recommend the chalet.

O chalé fica num lugar muito bonito, pena que não vimos neve. O hotel ao qual os chalés ficam ligados, não fornecem café da manhã e refeições depende de ter ou não vaga para tal. Se for ficar aqui, leve tudo para se alimentar. O andar debaixo é piso frio, o que torna desconfortável, para ligar o aquecedor (salamandra) deve pagar para usar, o 1º uso é gratuito. Os quartos são razoáveis, mas a disposição que me deram para 5 pessoas foi um pouco ruim.

Piscine payant 15Euro par personne. Plus casque de bain 5 Euro. Pas écrit nul par piscine payant. FUITE DE GAZ dans la chambre de billard. L'établissement était au corant et ne fait rien pour empêcher les gens d'y rentrer. Malde tête pour moi et toute la famille. Chalet très beau. 3 belles chambres. Cuisine non complète... pas assez de verre, d'assiettes et d'articles pour cuisiner. Pas de spatule, cuillère de bois. Pas de savon à vaisselle. Bien pour l'endroit. Paysage à couper le souffle.

Lugar maravilhoso!!!

Os chalés ainda que um pouco rústicos, sua estrutura proporcionam uma estadia super agradável, os quais estão equipados com móveis, TV, utensílios domésticos, cozinha americana, e outros. O café da manhã é completo e bem diversificado. O jantar saboroso. Funcionários cordiais e atenciosos. Um lugar maravilhoso pra passar uns dias com a família. A localização, bem próxima da torre da Serra da Estrela, proporciona uma vista incrível.

Péssimo custo x beneficio - desilusão total

Ao chegarmos nos deparamos com acesso ao chalé completamente escuro, sem qualquer iluminação, o que provocou um pequeno acidente entre um dos hóspedes. O chalé é equipado com mobiliário completamente velho e ultrapassado, utensílios de cozinha em péssimo estado e mau lavados( sujos). O sofás cheiravam mau. Nenhuma das portas internas possuíam chave. Os banheiros são velhos e sem o mínimo conforto, banheira velha sem condição de uso. Tivemos apenas as toalhas trocadas, nenhuma limpeza foi feita na acomodação. As fotos e o valor cobrado pela estadia não condizem com as condições do local. Únicos pontos altos são aquecimento e o atendimento na recepção

Fim de semana com crianças, o chalé era muito confortável, optamos pelo serviço de meia pensão o qual recomendo. O café da manhã e o jantar são muito bons.

Beautiful Serra d Estrela

Changed my room to a room in the hotel. Didn’t need a whole house :) The hotel is nice with a wonderful view of course. Staff is service minded and even if it was off season did everything go very well.

Re-think your chalet strategy ...

We had an overnight stay in the area . Lets start with the Good : Breakfast was great , they had a special machine which squeezes oranges on-line . The people were great at the front desk. the view is stunning. the place was clean and the aircondition system was great. Now for the less-good things: We took two chalets at the hotel. Both were equipped with what we call "Military grade beds" , these are beds made from steel bars. the beds were short and narrow. as a tall family , most of us slept with our feets out of the beds. The beds squeaked every time one moved inside them , even for a small turn, letting us have a nice sleepless night , right before driving 4 and a half hours to Madrid. This experience hindered the overall feeling of the mountains and streams and nature around. Had we had control of time , we wouldn't have selected this chalet to begin with , but a standard room in a hotel.

A estadia em si não foi má, mas há realmente melhoramentos a fazer no chalé, como renovar os sofá individuais, vusto um estar inutilisavél. Terem a internet sem fios a foncionar bem como a TV, visto ambas as coisas estarem KO, durante o fim de semana o que tornou a estadia um pouco aborecida. Sabendo que a envolvente são as montanhas e a neve, há que ter algum cuidado com os servicos proporcionados aos clientes.

Petits chalets très sympathiques

Les chalets sont tops pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. En basse saison par temps froid, il est assez long de chauffer tout le chalet mais des convecteurs d'appoint ont été installés dans les chambres donc on n'a pas froid pour dormir. Grosse déception sur le buffet médiéval qui ne propose pas de plats de qualité, tout est sec et sans goût. Je recommande l'hôtel et les chalets mais pas le restaurant.

Fantastic views

This is a fantastic chalet up in the mountains, which was excellent value for money. There is a restaurant on-site in the main hotel, but we brought our own stuff and used the well stocked kitchenette. The décor was a bit tired, but was normal for a winter ski chalet and for one night, it was fine for us. There are other restaurants/bars in the locality too. We enjoyed the fantastic views from our veranda, watching the sun setting, whilst enjoying a nice glass of local wine!!

Bra utgångspunkt för utflykter på berget.

Fin natur och det en finns en fin väg att köra runt bergen med många trevliga stopp och det finns många vandringsleder i området. Hotellet har dock inga kartor utan dem får man hitta själv på nätet. Stor och rymlig stuga men något eftersatt med trasiga lås, kylskåp och kastruller samt hårda sängar i övrigt OK.
