"good"

"The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a problem with one of the elevators, so there was a little longer wait at times, but it was fixed in a couple of days. Breakfast fare was the usual that one finds in most hotels of this class."

"Clean rooms"

"Breakfast goes fast. We went down at 8:30 and everything was gone."

"Staff did not answer the phone after 2-3 phone calls between 3 and 4 am. I received a text message from the hotel welcoming me before my stay and inviting me to feel free to text with questions. Sent a text with 2 questions; received no reply. Sent a request for early check-in through the hotel app; received no reply. Room key could not access perimeter doors after hours. Even the front sliding door would need the front desk staff to open the door during daytime hours. Poor customer service. ...

"Elevator in garage was not working, so they gave free parking. Staff remembered i had children with me and came out to assist. Room was nice with plenty of room."

"Everything seems like new even though the hotel is six years old. It is very well maintained, clean, and functions well. The breakfast which is included is more novel than other hotels that provide free breakfast. Plenty of it and some interesting and tasty options. Wonderful free Lavazza coffee. I was very impressed with this Tru even though it's a less expensive Hilton hotel."

"Peaceful and quiet very clean and well kept"
