"The young man that checked us in was so helpful. He was able to direct us to the bar for ice, got a couple of washcloths (not sure how ladies wash their face in Scotland) and even some extra pillows. Great pool/hot tub as well."

"The place was reasonable but at the price would expect better. Food was basic pub fare but was quick and hot. The room was average but cleaning let it down. Desk chair was covered in debris from outside where it must have been under some pine trees. Coffee cups after first night were not washed or replaced they were just left in bathroom half full of water but dirty. Sink was dirty from where cups had been rinsed."

"Foi muito fácil chegar e foi tudo arranjado para que eu pudesse chegar tarde da noite. No dia de sair pude deixar minhas malas e aproveitar das áreas comuns, inclusive das comodidades oferecidas como café, chá, pães, frutas, que ficavam à vontade o dia todo para os hóspedes.
A casa é muito aconchegante, o quarto amplo, chuveiro muito bom. Foi uma estadia perfeita."

"Pros:The front desk staff were very helpful. The room was well appointed and very clean.
The onsite restaurant was very good and our server (Jay) was fantastic.
Cons: The room we had was, unfortunately out one and into another fire door that was very difficult to navigate with luggage. The spa was not well staffed and we were unable to book anything for our stay. I suggest you check very early after booking if you want to use the spa/massage services."

"Good points; parking was close by, hotel is part of a mall so a lot of restaurants to choose between and lots of coffee shops, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was well worth the price and lobby is very nice. Rooms were clean.
Beds were not comfortable, pillows had no density to them and mattress were hard."
