"I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. "

"Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."

"Perfetto hotel per motociclisti con tante attenzioni alle nostre esigenze (molto frequentato anche da ciclisti), parcheggio riparato per la moto, distributori di bevande, snack e caffè nella lobby, colazione servita già dalle 6.30. "Check in was so simple, staff were amazing and helpful at each interaction. The restaurant was busy with the Tour being in town but the staff were brilliant. Food was awesome too. Definitely worthy of more than a couple of stars. "

"We stay here for two nights as part of our 2 week EU trip! Absolute best location for us!withe the ski lift, the rental place was right beside hotel along with a great spot to eat, made everything super easy! (make reservations) the staff was accommodating, had great recommendations, was able to get all 5 of us into the spa for massages, and we all enjoyed the pool/sauna/ relaxation areas after being on the MTN. "This hotel is right behind Mt. Blanc. Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer.My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. This is a great place just to relax. Not boring, but just a great hotel in a great place. You won’t go wrong here. "
