The beds are disgusting and wrapped in PLASTIC, the pillows seemed to be picked up from the street. No towels, no wifi, I felt like sleeping at the cheapest motel ever. Fortunately we only stayed one night 🙈🙈

places not clean used cigarets and empty bottles under the bed dirty dishes old food no linens!!!!!! no shower towels!!!

Poor communication

I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff.

Would not recommend.

The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response.
