"Clean no thrills stay. It was clean and quiet. Did not need to cook or use for extended stay, but would do the job for those that that required cooking. Was surprised to see a full size refrigerator and nice size table"

"Where to start. I almost always book a Marriot property but I errantly planned a work trip to College Station during graduation week at A&M which bumped local hotel prices well above usual rates in the area. So I gave Expedia and their rating system a shot. Horrible mistake. Do not believe the 8.0/10.0 ratings. Fake news. This is a 2.0/10.0 at best. This is the single worst hotel I have ever attempted to stay in. I say attempted because I left after one hour. The door to the room which is direct access outside literally had a 1/2-inch gap between the door and and door jamb offering perfect opportunity for every mosquito and bug in the area to join me in the room. I ended up taking a pillow case and shoving it in the gap. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to actually fill the gap so I had to add a wash cloth. Once my defenses against the bugs were fortified I tried doing some work at the little table in the room. As luck would have it there was a motorcycle shop reving engines and peeling out from the building across the parking lot, paired with what I am assuming was a domestic dispute in the room next to me which prevented any progress. After staring at the cigarette burns in the bedding, rusted hinges on the doors and dirt/mold in every nook and cranny there, I decided I would rather pay for a second room elsewhere than make any attempt to stay here. While friendly enough the front desk said any type of refund was out of their hands. Expedia, can you give me a refund? "

"It was not the best we have stayed, BUT the location is good AND it is a great value. It has everything you need."

"Very dated, “pillows” were paper thin, coffee was cheap, creamer was powder. Furniture is very old, had rips, and stains. Would have given 2 stars if not for the staff. She was very helpful and kind. When we got there our A/C was broken. Very hot in the room. Sold out too. Luckily there was a last minute cancellation, otherwise we would have be screwed."

"RUN RUN RUN. I have been staying at hotel and motels for 50 plus years and this was the filthiest, least maintained ghetto I have experienced. BED BUGS, ROACHES, No soap, poo inside the toilet, no sheets, no pillow cases, the sink had dye and toothpaste because it had not been cleaned. We had to be b=moved to 3 different rooms and all the same. Remote control not operating, Folks this is the stay that nightmares are made of. I have picture to solidify these claims."
