"I didn’t like that there was no coffee in the room"

"It was brand new"

"Location was close to what I needed and where I needed to go."

"Friendly staff rooms clean property need a mow but I understand with all the rain it was hard to maintain. They were working on it"

"The place was quaint and quiet. Perfect for me. It had television, microwave, and mini-fridge. The bathroom has been updated and was nice. Also had a kitchen style sink with a medium size counter. I plan on staying there again when I’m back in Burnet. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Def needed the unplug night at the lake. The RV was very clean and nice to stay in. We picked this spot because of the play area, kayaks, and fishing. Something for everyone. When we arrived we quickly noticed how infested this property is of spiders. Kids could not play n the truely amazing play ground, despite us trying to clear it, there were just too many spiders already nestled in. The actual property was beautiful and the water was great, the kids were able to swim right off the dock area....

"Great service and very convenient location!"

"Best hotel in Marble Falls by far. Brooke made everything super easy."

"The AC unit needs to be in the bedroom area if not they need to tear the wall down for better air circulation to the bedroom area. A ceiling fan would be ideal for better circulation. Please turn on AC and fridge before guest arrives so it can be cool at arrival especially during summer months. It was hot in there when we arrived. Disappointed. It took a long while to cool room and wasn’t cool enough throughout the night."

"The hotel sits on the lake with amazing views. Its cozy and welcoming. Ms. Peggy checked us in; she was delightful. The rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. I want to visit again."

"We had a very late check in after a wedding. I appreciate our paperwork being ready to go and a fast check in."

My controller worked about 70% of the time----having to turn off and on to get functional. There was NO GUIDE so one had to troll the entire options to find what I was looking for! One gets the feeling that there is a major PROFIT first mentality!"

"The property looks beautiful on social media and Expedia, and the cabins are aesthetically pleasing. However, there are a few things I wish I had known before booking. The property is right next to a busy road, so expect constant traffic, sirens, and even helicopters. Privacy is very limited, as the cabins and domes are close together, with guests and maintenance staff frequently walking by. Security was also a concern for us, as the cabin doors have only simple sliding bolt locks, and the...
