You can tell this is an older property, but you can also tell they are in the process of improving it. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from.

Perfect place to stay for the college World Series, was quick to everywhere we wanted to go in Omaha and Council Bluffs, the hotel was in good shape and staff was friendly, we will stay here again next time we come up.

For the most part the Hotel and our room were great. The bathroom could really use an update, specifically the bathtub - loose tiles and moldy caulking around the tub. We enjoyed our stay otherwise.

Not sure why there are mixed reviews, but for an overnight en route off the I-80 this location was convenient and the facilities are clean and what we needed. The price is very reasonable!
