"The resort was absolutely perfect. If you want a beautiful place to go and just relax while enjoying what the resort has to offer, Ti Kaye was phenomenal! If you wanted to go off resort, booking excursions was incredibly easy too. The staff was unbelievably professional and delightful, you felt truly appreciated and taken care of. St Lucia definitely stole our hearts, I couldn’t recommend the island and resort more! It was really an excellent experience through and through!"

"The resort was OK. The food was good, but you could tell the property needed some updates for basic wear and tear. The worst part was the staff. Most ever unhelpful and just stood around, especially at check-in. When someone finally helped us, it was a sprint and they didn't even tell us about some of them perks they offered since it was our Honeymoon, that we found out about later. For me, I wouldn't go back because of the poor service."

"The beautiful villa with our own private pool with breathtaking views of the ocean was the highlight of our trip. The staff were friendly and welcoming to us. The food at the onsite restaurants were delicious and filling. The only downside was the uneven grounds but that was understandable because of the hillside location. "Bel Jou was a beautiful property. Staff was helpful but in no rush to go out of their way to help you. The food was ok. Typical all inclusive food. No where to get snacks on the resort so pack your own Not much to do but relax. The shuttle was helpful to go to the beach and Castries market for shopping. Very peaceful and tranquil. If you just want to relax great place - no kids , super quiet. I would say it was beautiful but wouldn’t rate it wonderful."

"We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much.
