"This property was pretty disappointing from start to finish. This trip was our honeymoon so it was important that it was extra special. It was a huge disappointment. The magic of photo editing was what drew us to the property originally. Also, the fact that it was a Hyatt property gave me some confidence. The staff was very accommodating, arranging transportation timely, provided a beach chair upon request, complimentary beach towels were provided. The restaurant accommodated allergies. "Amazing hotel. Small in size with only 30 plus cottages but huge on beauty. The resort is quiet and r lacing and never seems to be crowded. The beach is amazing and water is crystal clear which makes it great for snorkeling. While the beach is shared with locals and tourist boats to snorkel it never seems to be too much. "Home away from home. Very relaxing and quiet. Shawn is extremely hospitable and his team made our stay very comfortable. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs as well, in the facility which was as pictured. Another highlight was the spa services offered - 10 out of 10!
