The pillows cases and towels all had brown stains on them. One of the walls in the room and bathroom looked like there was blood splattered on the wall. Room service tried entering our room even after we said it wasn’t needed. Only gave us 2 bath towels for a family of 3. Went to get breakfast and there was nothing out except the condiments. Tried to check out and nobody was to be found but we could hear someone using the computer in the office behind the desk, I rang the service bell many times and was simply ignored. Lobby and hotel room smelt very musty. Curtains in hotel room were ripped and falling off the wall. The carpet was stained and beer bottle caps all over the floor.

Was there with family had five rooms in total we all moved room at least once some of us ever twice. Rooms weren’t clean tv wasn’t working air conditioning was not working either.

You need to do better!

We stayed in room 103 the tv had lines over it. The lamps were all torn. The door did not close right. It felt unsafe. The comforter was dirty.

Worse Motel I have ever stayed n!

I booked two rooms for my wife and I and then one for my adult son. We had three other relatives book there in two other rooms. The reservations were done to attend a viewing/rosary in a nearby town. First the rooms were not ready even though we all arrived well after 3PM. All the rooms were dirty. My wife and I and son did not change rooms because we were already running late. Terrible conditions not only in the rooms but the stairs, walkways and grounds. Would never stay in this place again and highly recommend no one ever does.

I booked this hotel knowing that I needed to check in at 6:00 in the morning there was nothing stating that I couldn't check in at any time during the time that I rented the hotel there was only a time that I could check in however when I got there I was told that I wasn't able to check in because of the check-in time and I was forced to purchase an additional day they said they were going to refund me and they never did so I wound up paying for two days and only stayed for half of a day. The hotel clerk was rude and tried to initiate an argument with me when I was just trying to tell him the situation. P after explaining the situation though he did agree that I deserved a refund and the manager would approve the refund when he got in however that never happened and I was charged for two days for a half a day stay.

They are using Covid as an excuse to not supply the advertised breakfast, but not reducing the room rate. There is an opperational restaurant directly across the street. They are anti-2nd Amendment, yet do not have on site security. I will not stay their next year!
