I liked the muffin at breakfast. The room had good space and AC but was dirty, with super dirty towels, hair in bathroom, toilet didn’t flush and the pillows were terrible.

I have been staying here for a couple of years now. The hotel is really needing some maintenance. There is mold in the bathroom. The bath tub has paint peeling and the AC wouldn’t get below 75. Positive side room was clean

Property had a working pool which was great, I stayed on the first floor the room I stayed in had water damage on ceiling in the bathroom and no cold water in the shower. The keys would not work on occasion I had to go to front desk to get reactivated. Side doors and pool doors did not work you have to go in through the front lobby which was kinda annoying. Overall okay stay.

Better than anything in Laredo

One of the nicest places I've stayed at in 40 plus years of hotels and living on the road. Great staff great service fantastic little breakfast tacos highly recommended. stop before you get to The madness in Laredo stop now and stay at this place

Very nice hotel with Clean and comfortable beds. We had an issue with the signal on our TV and Ashley came right upstairs and fixed it. AC and Refrigerator worked great!

Hotel is great the pool not so much!

Overall the hotel itself is great however the pool sure could use some TLC. Lots of debris floating in the water and the was was very murky and green.

Not a Quinta inn looks and feels like motet.

Room was not real clean. Hallways were dirty, lobby was dirty, walls were dirty bathroom cealing was luaking water.

Fast check in and out. The pool was disgusting and not at all usable. I picked this hotel so that we could utilize the pool - website did not indicate at all that the pool was out of service. Water was black and all chairs were destroyed.

Never again we’ll I ever stay here they changed us from rooms 3 times finally gave us a decent room then the air stopped working and No breakfast it was just over all awful and way over priced it was a very very horrible experience
