"This place is a birder’s paradise. They have every tropical habitat you could want on the back trails, and proper guides to spot the birds. The rooms are very good, the front desk staff was charming. The views are spectacular. The feeders are jammed with birds. Only negative was that we were almost totally rained off for 24 hours, but that’s what can happen in a rainforest. I already want to return. "

We did not have meals included but very much enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. "A get-back-to-nature experience, if you like nature, wild things, and simplicity, the Lost Iguana is great. One of the more remote resorts and great because of that. "

"We loved this spot! Our room was ready a little early. Everything was great. We loved the outdoor tub. The king bed was comfy. This room did provide toilettes. They has a med kit, lady products and anything else you could need. I wish we could have stayed another night. "

Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. "
