Valter, the owner, is what makes this place so special. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was available if we needed him, he gave useful tips about restaurants, and was friendly and helpful."

"Beautifully located hotel with clean rooms and lovely views. Staff was helpful. I would definitely come back! My one suggestion is to refill coffee pods- they are not super expensive and I would rather pay more for room than have to buy from the reception each time- that is a tacky move. No 5 star hotel charges for coffee?! The hotel is so calming and well laid out. It is very under the radar which is lovely. Its people are warm. So the coffee situation needs to be dealt with!
