We stayed in room 8 which backed out onto the courtyard behind the pub and had velux windows which you could watch the stars through. "The staff were lovely. The room had some issues. The lighting was poor especially the communal corridor. Couldnt see to insert the door key. No facial tissues. The dressing table was unstable and wobbled. Breakfast was excellent, dinner not so. My main portion was paltry. A discount of £2.40 was offered as compensation, not enough.
