It's really hard to rate this hotel as it's not really like any hotel I've stayed in. Locating it wasn't easy nor was working out how to find reception. When I finally found it, the lady checking me in was excellent but overstretched meaning a long wait. There were however a few very comfy lounges ...

The hotel has real potential,we got upgraded free of charge to a suite. However it wasnt that clean. The bed & bathroom was, but the bedside table was dusty, and where the tea & coffee is kept there was spillages which hadn’t been cleaned. Also dents in the wall,and the carpet needed a good clean. ...
