All of the employees were so kind. The price includes an amazing breakfast! We also had pizza and a great dessert!"
"The grounds of the house is beautiful. We wondered around and even walked through the cornfield. The staff was Excellent and went out of their way for anything we needed. My college student son even took his final online exam in the Library which is over 200 years old and the staff gave him a pitcher of water, cookies and a Good Luck note. Best kept secret in the areas."
"Insgesamt sehr gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer. Leider war im Hinterhof vor unserem Fenster eine riesige Lüftung, vermutlich von der Küche, die alle 20 Minuten für einige Minuten ansprang, was in einem sonoren Brummen mündete. Für Lärmempfindliche daher eventuell weniger geeignet."
"Historic property in the centre of Marlborough. Very convenient for the town and a good base to explore the local area.
Food was good and staff helpful although they were busy. Room was well equipped and only thought was that it was looking a bit tired decor wise. Very comfy bed so no complaints. Would definitely stay again."
"There is parking behind the waitrose and staff walked us there after their shift had ended to ensure we understood the parking App since tomorrow is the Farmers Market on High Street and we would have to move the vehicle early. Now it’s all sorted and paid in advance. Of course it’s an older hotel and everything is crooked and settled, but you should come here for that eclectic experience, as we did. I just miss the old mural that was painted in the pub before, replaced by a more modern map. "
"Absolutely LOVED the Stonehenge theme! Loved the little park and the mural in our room! The restaurant was quite good and well priced. My kids loved playing on the bus after eating."
