The housekeeping staff is in need of an upgrade. We requested twice for our beds to be made and they never came. They didn't even empty the trash or pick up the wet dirty towels. Both times we had to get fresh towels and I even had to get fresh linen and make my bed myself. For $200/night, these services should not have been a problem and should be top priority!! As far as the checking in, these ladies/gentlemen are due for a raise!!! - Excellent customer service - housekeeping not so much!!
