The staff was absolutely amazing! Herc, the front desk gentleman, went above and beyond to assist me. Despite arriving early, Herc kindly arranged for me to check into my room ahead of time. I am so grateful for Herc's exceptional service!

Man, I appreciate this hotel. I really enjoyed myself. The front desk was so helpful so sweet so pleasant so happy every time we came in he greeted us by our last name just so awesome. He did a wonderful job thank y’all for everything.

Multi Resorts at Puente Vista
Overall the place was nice but had some concerns. Need to put some form of tape or decals on sliding glass door otherwise someone could walk through it as our granddaughter almost did…thankfully door did not shatter! Also, 10 am checkout is absurd when check-in is at 4 pm. Especially given they want ...

Great property and great commication. Very kid friendly and able to accommodate a large family. However, the unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. On top of having to tote your personal effects
