"This hotel is BUSY! The resort pool is a party. The beach was a quieter vibe. Food and Bev service at both. We weren’t sure how tipping worked, apparently 20% is factored into the bill, so we way “overtipped” with cash. The beach shoreline was covered in seaweed so we didn’t really use the water, unfortunately it was a little smelly down there. But we hung at the pool mostly facing the gulf, so best of both worlds in my opinion. Walking distance to ft. Myers beach shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for busy fun vacation spot that is clean and centrally located, this is it. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I really liked that it is so new as it shows in the condition of the entire hotel. Our room was so large and clean and had a full (small size) kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of drawer and closet space which I really liked. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was a nice addition. We only picked on a few items which were all good. Grounds are well kept and a nice place to hang out at. We missed the live band but that's a nice option to have to do in the evening. I've already recommended this hotel."

"The hotel is expensive for the amenities, room, and service offered. The room was clean, but the comforter and pillows were uncomfortable and not cozy at all. The breakfast was average—similar to what you would get at a $100-per-night hotel, with very limited variety and only the basics. The pool was not heated. The view was beautiful, but that was about it."

"The Lani Kai looks great after hurricane repairs. The grounds in back, the pool area, and redesigned bars on the ground level look great. Rooms were nice and clean and the staff everywhere were very attentive and accommodating. Jayne in the Sun Deck and Island View restaurant is terrific. She works 14 hour days by choice waiting tables during the day and bartending at night and always has a smile on her face. Just a super friendly person. Great jib Lani Kai! Can’t wait til next time."

"The room was smaller than I expected. I was also surprised that the cleaning crew was not as prompt as what I'm used to. That said...beautiful spot...nice restaurant oin premises with good food and great access to downtowen Naples. I would stay there again!"
