Everything about the Trianon was great. It was quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and everything was clean. We enjoyed eating at the Lake House with the nice views and the food / drinks were fantastic. We loved that the Trianon was central to so much, close to the beach and several public golf courses without having to drive more than 25 minutes. We will definitely return.

The room was clean. Furniture was a little old and dated, but in good condition. Great, roomy bathroom. The chair in the room was stained with some black stuff on the arms. There was a moldy smell coming from the air conditioner—I had to wash EVERYTHING in my suitcases to get the smell out. This needs to be addressed as I have seen other comments regarding this. The staff was just ok. We had a question about our bill, and they were quite short with us when we asked to see the manager about it. The outdoor pool was great. Comfy chaises and quiet.
