We loved the Radisson Blu hotel. It had character!! The suite was fabulous and their dining room and breakfast buffet were delicious! We would always recommend this place. The swimming and gym area was a real treat!

Ample carparking
Well priced hotel
Would recommend.
Only gripe is that 4pm is too late for checkin.
Lovely stay, staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were great as well as the location. Our room was clean and comfortable but a had a bit of wear visable in both the bathroom and bedroom. Overall would absolutely stay again!
The staff weee very friendly and welcoming and the location is fantastic However just remember to bring a swimming cap as you are unable to go into the pool without one and the pool is on the cooler side
We stayed for one night, family of four. We had plenty of space in our room. The beds were comfortable. The only concern was the room was very stuffy. They did provide with two fans. One worked well, and the other one didn’t work that well. The room itself was clean as in bathroom and bedding, but the carpet needed some cleaning. There was a convenient store with some restaurants in it. There were very convenient and walkable from the hotel. Overall, our stay was comfortable.
Booked room not available, no bed for child, no towels. Room not cleaned. Food average. Restaurant service poor. Spoke to Duty Manager twice but issues raised not resolved. Great location but seems to be no management checking on staff. Standards dropped considerably since we last stayed there. Book a different hotel.
Booked for 3 ppl in room requesting 2 doubles/queens and they put us in single queen bed room, then rolled in creaky cot for the 3rd person. our son was a good sport but if i’d had to sleep on that cot my back would have been painful
Rooms a Sauna, no A/C in room, fan provided was insufficient to move air around the room, and windows did not open enough to allow any airflow into the toom
Had quite a wait for check-in. Got our room
upgraded which we were very happy about. However, despite requesting a twin room and messaging the hotel to ensure that our room had two beds, we were given a one bed room. Found a broken acrylic fingernail on the floor, and the cups in the room were dirty (couldn’t tell if it was blood or lipstick on them 🙈). Also the remote control didn’t work, due to being missing a battery. Also felt the dining room was grubby and the chairs were stained.
On the plus side, breakfast was very good and there was a separate section for gluten-free breakfast options.
Check in wasn’t really smooth through expedia as we booked on short notice and it hadn’t shown up in their system; however the front desk attendant was very helpful and accommodating. She offered us to have a meal in lounge and leave luggage at front desk….she would come get us when reservation showed up in system so we could complete check in. She followed through and no other problems.
When we checked in we were put in a room where all you could hear was all of the cars on the motorway. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal because we could keep the windows closed and turn on the AC. Well there is no AC at this property. We did not know that. The receptionist said we'll I can refund your money. That is when the gentleman that was working with her offered us a different room without all of the traffic noise. We put the fan on by the window to bring in cool air.
We went downstairs for dinner. The staff was wonderful and the food excellent. So we figured breakfast would be just as good. We had paid for our breakfast the night before and scheduled our breakfast time. The toaster didn't toast any bread, the pancake maker was broken. Most of the hot food was either burnt or not hot just warm. Suffice it to say that a couple of muffins and coffee was not worth 26.00.
We paid a lot of money for one night and sub-par breakfast. Will not make that mistake again.
