"The best things about this property were the location near restaurants and activities and the helpfulness of the staff. We also had a kitchenette and laundry. It would have been helpful to have directions for the washer/dryer. Our favorite activity in Cork was the bike tour with James. If you rent an apartment be ready for street noise at all hours and music from bar next door till midnight on the weekends. If you are drinking at the bar this will obviously not be an issue!"

"Well located hotel but pretty unhelpful staff. We forgot a pair of air buds in our room, called them the day about it and couldn’t get anybody to help us. We could see the ear phones located in the hotel through the Find My app but couldn’t get them to go check the room. After the first day they either simply stopped answering our calls or there wasn’t anybody to pick up at the reception, which always seemed unattended everytime we passed by during our stay. "An absolutely miserable, sleepless night. I get it - they have no control over what Mother Nature throws their way ... but no air conditioning! Really??!!
