A nice hotel but

It's a nice hotel, the staff is friendly and it's in a nice neighborhood with flea markets and some stuff going on. However, I booked it because of its gym and its breakfast. I thought that you would get a nice breakfast for that price and a decent gym facility, but you didn't. The gym was a joke, like three half working machines and no weights. I am maybe used to really nice hotel breakfasts in Sweden but at this hotel it was only some croissants, some toasts and some yogurts etc. So the breakfast was far below my expectations and so was the gym. Other than that it was good.

Evaluando costo beneficio... es regular para abajo..., 106 dolares y secador de pelo fundido., fuia a sauna reservando turno estaba apagado. Avise me dijeron q mandarian a prenderlo y nunca fueron..., de saber me hospedaba al frente pagaba la mitad y me ofrecian lo que vale la estadio..., desilucion... wifi malo..., en fin un señor en la recepcion amable solo eso en atencion.., la tematica interesante..., pero señores la ATENCION ES TODO EN LAS EMPRESAS QUE OFRECEN SERVICIOS....

Bad Hotel, Terrible ownership

A group of us booked 5 Superior Rooms for 5 nights. Rooms were advertised as having an in room spa on a private balcony, and jetted tub. Room was 20% higher than other hotels. We arrived and were told that no such rooms existed in the hotel. We were tired, so we checked in and stayed the night. Walls and windows were so thin, we heard everything. Bed was horrible, room was small. The next morning we told them we were leaving, because the room was not as advertised and sleeping there was too difficult. We were told that we had to pay the full amount. After telling them no, we were told the owner was going to come by and talk to us. After waiting an hour, hotel said he "might" come by after 5pm. We waited awhile and told them we were leaving. They got the owner on the phone after 20 minutes hearing how great he was, etc, etc, we agreed to pay 1 night and leave. We paid, paid for 1 night, and left. 4 days later, after we had all left Argentina, the entire group received a charge on our credit cards for 4 more nights. My Argentinian associate called him no less than 20 times to get him to reverse the charges. Said he would, said he wouldn't, said he had to wait until the finance person got back, said hotels.com was charging him, (which wasn't true, since we paid at the hotel), bla, bla, bla. What a ripoff! He advertises rooms that don't exist, and then charges us days later. I have been to Cordoba 6 times, and never had this type of issue. Do yourself a favor, find another place!

Good Place To Stay

This was a great place to stay but we had to fight for more towels and they would randomly want to come in the room to mop the bacony. The rooms are much smaller than they show on the Internet. Location was great!

Ottima posizione, necessaria manutenzione bagno

Ottima location, centrale e prossima a tutti i luoghi da visitare nella città di Còrdoba. La camera era piuttosto fredda (siamo stati al Sol de Piedras in Inverno) con alcune mancanze nel bagno: 1) acqua che usciva dalla doccia e lo allagava; 2) maniglia della porta del bagno che veniva via, anche dopo segnalazione al personale dell'albergo.

muito boa so achei que o serviço de cafe da manha poderia se estender ate pelo menos 11 horas ja que estamos de ferias. Chegamos as 10 e 30 e foi preciso muita diplomacia para que eles nos deixassem pelo menos terminar nosso cafe ja que eles recolheram o cafe com a nossa presença.outra coisa voces precisam deixar o email direto do hotel para entrarmos em contato caso tenhamos algum problema como ocrreu quando perdemos nosso voo e chegamos dias depois ao hotel eu enviei emal mas precisou passar pelo hoteis . com e voces nao repassaram para o hotel pois chegamos la eles ja haviam tirado a reserva do nosso quarto.

Fantastic service

We had a great stay at this hotel (3 nights). Room was comfortable for a family of 4. Very new, very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating (always asking what they can do for us). The only improvements to suggest: A/C in bedroom was noisy (clicking) and hard to sleep with it on; lack of counter space near bathroom sink area; need someone on staff who is fluent in English.
