Good location, moderate hotel with fair amenities

We picked this hotel due to the proximity to the airport after travelling so long. The hotel offered free wi-fi however the room we were assigned as soon as you entered the doorway no reception which was inconvenneienf after travelling so far and needing to connect with family back home of our arrival. Buffet breakfast was ‘ok’ served from 7am however still getting ready at 7.30 with all items available at 7.45ish am. Consisted of scramble egg, variety of cereal, pastries, fruit, tea, coffee, juice etc. Check in was easy as our person spoke English however throughout the night was harder as night staff only speak Spanish. The hotel advertised that they had English speaking staff. Overall experience was a good location to airport, large spacious hotel with some amenities available however the gym is very basic and outdated.

Nice place, you can tell is old but is being mantained, some of the aisles carpets smelled weird, but nothing really heavy, staff was helpful, breakfast good, coffee could be better, fair price on the items for sale

Disappointing

We stayed for 5 nights in the hotel. The hotel has a gym, but it is not a hotel gym, they are partnered with a gym a few blocks away and it is very busy and hard to find space. The sauna in the hotel wasnt working as well. The worst part was the restaurant. The first night we waited 1 hour for our food and they forgot my entire meal. They did not apologize one time. After another half hour of waiting for my meal, everyone was finished so we cancelled the order and they still did not apologize. For breakfast they did not keep the buffet stocked and we always had to ask for plates and glasses. They were very rude and always seemed annoyed. The hotel says resort and spa, but its neither. Its just a regular overpriced hotel with bad service

La habitacion se veia descuidada, habia mucho ruido externo (parecia una bomba de agua funcionando todo el tiempo) y el aire era ruidoso tambien. La persona que estaba en la recepcion en la mañana fue descortes, casi maleducada (aunque despues de ver mi reaccion mejoro al mediodia). Lo mejor de todo es la gente que atiende en el restaurant. Son muy amables y educados. Es un hotel caro para lo que brinda.

El personal el recepcionista desagradable y del trato. No informan bien al momento de hacer reservas que se debe llevar una tarjeta de crédito como garantía. Tengo tarjeta de débito. Y no la acepto. De todas formas, prácticamente nos hecho del hotel. A nosotros y a otro pasajero en las mismas condiciones. Mal el hotel por no informar. Muy mal el recepcionista por el mal trato. Además no funciona la pileta interior, lamentable

Suelo parar en este hotel pero esta vez Aparentemente tienen falta de personal ya que al reservar la camioneta para ser trasladados al aeropuerto, me informaron que estaba sin gasolina y no tenían conductor. Me ofrecieron un taxi que accedí y pague al llegar al aeropuerto.

El hotel está bien, per las fotos prometen más . Soa y gimnasio están tercerizados y el staff no tiene claro si está abierto o no o como pedir turno. Sin embargo son súper amables pero tiene. Poco personal. El del DESK es un genio pero no puede atender tantas gente
