Employees need training on Tourism and Customer Service; The last morning the waiter denied more coffee to us, some employees acted arrogant; always missing towels and toilet paper; Like they don't keep track that we were 4 adults; Other Employees were friendly and well hosting guests; there were Not enough hangers for for adult clothes; there were bugs and mosquitoes in the bathroom; the room smelled sewer; the bathroom window was rusty; the door balcony won't open; there were not shadow curtains;... To Recommend ? NO

Solo tuve un poco de problema con la televisión no se veían algunos canales. Y en el desayuno incluido solo dan café negro una rebanada pequeña de pan, un día a mi familiar le dieron normal la rebanada y a mi lo que era la mitad de la rebanada de mi familiar,y un día encontré mojado el piso del baño al regresar no se si tiene fuga o lo usaron mientras no estuvimos.

Estoy muy molesta por qué cuando reservé Decía que si quería la habitación con desayuno incluido que agregara una cantidad a la reservación Y cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no. Que no ofrecen desayuno. Aunque pagáramos algo extra

Hotel muy bien ubicado, La taza de baño fuga por el piso en habitación 202. Demasiado ruido de un bar karaoke que esta frente al hotel. aunado a que todos los ruidos de la calle se escuchan clarito dentro de la habitación. por lo de mas, excelente.

2 habitaciones contiguas, en buen edo. camas comodas, sabanas, colchas, almohadas, toallas y baños limpios, jabonitos muy peques con 1 pesito $ mas de costo mejorará satisfacción del cliente, shampoo suficiente. Cafetera útil, cafe suficiente, sobres leche polvo y azucar poca cantidad, faltó ofrecimiento de escalar desayunos continental ej. a Americano con descto. dejaron escapar consumo de 6 personas ya cautivos. Atención del personal recepción, bell boy y estacionamiento atentos. Desperfecto fuga agua regadera atendida por mantto. en tiempo y forma. Falta mantto. al interior del elevador, pequeño pero indispensable. Falta pintura externa a todo el edificio para mejorar imágenes (podrían irlo pintando una parte cada mes) Costo de habitaciónes se podría mejorar ofreciendo a mayor no. habitaciones mejor $ Mi experiencia Gerente Regional de Ventas cía. trasnacional. Cuarto amplio y cómodo, televisión de 32 pulgadas con mi canales de cable, la cama bastante cómoda y las almohadas uff suaves y muy cómodas, la verdad dormí muy bien, agua caliente en la regadera (el espacio para bañarse es muy chico, al menos en el cuarto que estuve si era muy chico, una persona gordita no podría bañarse bien), me gustó que está a cuadra y media de la catedral.
