"The parking lot is a pain, sometimes have to get out from car and call the reception to open the gate, very inconvenient. Have to wait near to 8 minutes to have hot water to take a shower early in the morning. Breakfast is good"

"Atendimento da funcionária até é bom, mas o quarto sujo, mto poeira, marcar de copos do lado da cama , chão sujo, e pra ajudar estavam em reforma em um dos quartos onde as 7 da manhã começaram a bater tirar piso , ligar máquina bater nas paredes, uma falta de respeito total, nós querendo descancar, dormir e os pedreiros fazendo obra as 7 da manhã, nunca mais!!"

"It's the Royal Tulip, the stay was as expected. Resort type feel when on the property, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly. Not exactly the "Holambra" experience one would expect, but it is a lovely getaway one would expect from the Royal Tulip brand. The town centre is about a 7 minutes drive from the hotel but not onerous. The area is in farm country, you might get stuck behind a tractor but that adds to the charm."

"The best part about this place was the aircon which was very cold and worked very well. The hotel has a weird policy where if you go out you have to leave the key at reception which we have never encountered anywhere in the world. There is no safe in the room so we were taking our valuables everywhere with us as it felt very strange that we didn’t have a key to the room with our belongings in it and no safe to put them in, only a cupboard. "Foi uma experiência muito ruim. Aluguei um quarto Família e nós colocaram em um puxadinho que existe ao lado do hotel . Sem infraestrutura nenhuma, com as camas velhas, sendo todas individuais, isso porque deixarei descrito que gostaria de uma cama de casal, pois estava indo com minha esposa e filho . O puxadinho cheirava a mofo, a porta não fechava direito, o piso de madeira estava se solta não funcionava nada direito no local . Depois de eu reclamar bastante a recepção, nos trocaram de lugar...
