"Our sleep was affected due to a group of other guests making noise during the night. Also the mattress on our bed was really hard so not very comfortable. Other than these issues the hotel is good for a short stop, staff are friendly, it’s next to motorway services so you can get food from outlets."

Refused to stay in them and made them change me to the hotel which was OK. The site is very shabby and derelict. But hotel is modern. Nothing to do for children. Wouldn't stay again."

Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints. "

For advice No lift allocated a room on the second floor had to lug heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs no body to help us . Would not stay here again"
