"Two customers ahead of me waited over 15 min for a staff member to come to the front desk to check us in. Then, my room didn’t have WiFi capability. They said they’d see up maintenance but after 30 min, I called and just asked to switch rooms. They then switched me to a room where the tv didn’t work. After maintenance came up, they spent over an hour and a half trying to fix the tv just to be told they would have to fix it in the morning when the IT guy came in. Also, the plug in the wall to charge your USB device didn’t work. Additionally, I asked if they had any salt on hand for me for my dinner and they only had a pepper shaker. There was no place to purchase an alcoholic beverage AND you shared the pool with the hotel next to us. And while the website showed fire pits, no one actually came out and turned them on at night. "
