"Check in was painful, despite it being an online event in the lobby. Check in time was 3pm and since we’d arrived at 1pm we decided to store our luggage. The storage locker accepted our bags but when it came time to collect them the onscreen retrieval system wouldn’t release them- it required a staff ..."
