"We had a lot of problems starting with the bad smell of the 6th floor, the water of the shower seep through the walls and all the entrances of the room was wet, the shower make a lot of noise like a machine
I ask the staff to move me to another room and they excuse was no rooms available, but the thing is the reception is closed at night
