"Great hotel experience with a phenomenal view! Everything from the staff to the food was amazing. Our room was always kept tidy and the amenities were great. Not to mention hotel orla is strategically located on one of the best corners of Rio!"
"Hotel pros - great location on copacobana beach , helpful reception area staff, cleaning staff were good , wifi good , breakfast adequate
Hotel cons - Hotel a bit dated , over priced like most hotels in Rio , more selection @ breakfast would've been appreciated, no English language channels on TV.."
"I want to single out Pedro , Eduardo and Celso at the reception for the very friendly, helpful and efficient client service they are offering to those first coming into the hotel. Fantastic and that includes the staff serving breakfast and the chambermaids and cleaners too! Eric Verner"
