"The front desk staff were so helpful with information. On yhe shuttles and the outlet mall down the road. They were very friendly. The morning breakfast was good and had a variety of options. I was very needy and there was one lady who was so nice and willing to cater to my requests. I really wish I got her name but she was the shorter of the 2 that were working that area in the morning. The convenience of transportation to and from the airport was such a huge plus for us. Setting up a shuttle to the port and to the airport on arrival day was so appreciated! Keep up the good work everyone!!"

"Parking is NOT included and costs an additional $30. Buyer beware. Just because the listing says they have parking they don’t. The parking is a separate company and it is not safe to park on the street."

"Valet parking only. Check-in was easy and staf was friendly. Room was nice, clean, and spacious. You have to pay for a breakfast buffet. It was ok, nothing special although the staff there was very friendly. Check-out was quick."
